The Millennial Baker was created on the concept to create and design baked goods that not only taste phenomenal but look “almost” too good to eat! The cakes and flavors come from favorite childhood memories. The Millennial Baker prides itself in being made completely from scratch & made with love.

CRAFTED LAYERS
As the Millennial Baker, I strive for great flavor combinations and textures. Each layer is thoughtfully crafted which is why most of the cakes are “naked”. As they say, you eat with your eyes!
INSPIRED FLAVORS
Most of my creations are inspired by my favorite flavors including s’mores, lemon and chocolate.

I pride myself in being a scratch kitchen: everything that is produced is made fresh from scratch. I do require 72 hour notice for all orders. This gives me ample time to source ingredients and make a great product for you.

Kerani Kent is a self taught home baker. She grew up loving to bake and create. Some of her favorite flavors are s’mores, lemon and cinnamon. After living in Colorado Springs for nine years she has moved back to the Western Slope. When she isn’t baking she likes to tend to her plant collection, hang out with friends and family and build miniature things!
Marcia kent
Marcia Kent is the unofficial “official” employee of TMB. She manages packaging and preparing orders. She is also available for pickup and deliveries! During the holiday season she was an absolute life-saver in helping complete production. When she isn’t helping me clean up my messes she enjoys reading and spending time with our dogs, Rango and Rosie!
